The biggest news to come out if this week was the dancer gone popstar Jojo Siwa celebrated her 21st birthday the best way anyone could think of... Drinking around the world in Epcot.

The challenge: 11 countries, 11 drinks. Drinking around the world is by no means a new idea Jojo came up with. Since Canada tends to be full of eager alcoholics ready to begin there blurry day ahead or absurdly obnoxious uneasy alcoholics ready to finally grab their last drink of the night before the dreaded day after comes around, I deal with drunk guests daily. Usually the drunk guests are fun and ready to joke around or creepy and gross. There's no in between.

So... back to Jojo. Being the mega celebrity that she is, her and her entire entourage including Selling Sunsets star G-Flip had two V.I.P tour guides with them and stuck out like sore thumbs with their blingy safety vests and bright pink fluffy bucket hats. Unfortunately the thrilling show that is Canada Far and Wide doesn't receive the celebrity endorsement that rides like Ratatouille receive with celebrities Janet Jackson and Mariah Carrey recently visiting. Nonetheless I happened to be walking into Epcot to begin my shift when it happened... I spotted her. Standing right in Canada next to the popcorn cart, hyper as ever. Ottawa Apple drink in hand, taking photos with fans, yelling about being 21 and singing her newest single Karma. A sight for sore eyes I couldn't look away. Shocked by what I was witnessing an iconic and random moment... The time I saw Jojo Siwa.

Anyways, hopefully I can start randomly spotting ACTUAL celebrities like the French cast-members always brag about.

In other news, during one of my many late night shifts last week clearing the park at 11:00pm my leader pointed up the sky at a rocket taking off! A bright speck, it almost looked like a shooting star racing across the sky before it disappeared breaking through the atmosphere, never to be seen again. By me anyways. It was a Space X rocket taking off from Cape Canaveral. While even the local Floridians leaders were impressed to see it, myself and the French cast-memebrs I was with had never seen anything like it before!

Even though I haven't been getting scheduled a lot of hours lately (most weeks the bare minimum 32 hours) they don't let me forget I'm still the lowest in "seniority" by giving me almost all late night shifts and even a 6th day last week! This week though, brace yourself... I'll be rolling up to work at 7:30pm to CLOCK IN! I got an awful 7:30pm-2:00am shift. At least one of my best friends Saveena also got this shift. It will be the easiest shift of my life. I will be standing in the France pavilion until 1:00am making sure no lucky extened hours guests walk where the park is closed, before clearing the park as normal until 2:00am. So yes, I will be getting paid to chat with Saveena and occasionally a guest. So I can't complain that much. It's just insanly late.

What I can complain about though is my horrible roommate situation. In case you forgotten, I was living the dream for almost 2 weeks in an empty apartment until my world came crashing down and three new roommates moved in on the same day, one girl with her 50 pound emotional support dog Meg... Of course I love dogs but that was overwhelming. Meg has been the least of my problems though. The humans are all Americans on the Disney College program and 19 years old. Destiny has been my biggest pain. From California she has been rude and annoying, not to mention they're all messy and loud. I have not been impressed and try to spend even LESS time in my apartment as humanly possible. Seriously only going in there to sleep. They don't seem to understand the concept of late night shifts, being quiet in the common areas in the mornings, cleaning up after themselves and not using my personal kitchen equipment. Ugh, the more I write about the more frustrated I feel. Needless to say I haven't been sleeping very well lately. By far the biggest burden being down here is living with complete strangers. I do not like it!

This experience has further promoted what I already knew about myself. I like my personal space and quietness. As soon as there's any noise I CANNOT sleep. I am eternally grateful I was able to get my own bedroom and washroom. If I had to share that too... I would be a lot more miserable. Anyways this is going to be an opportunity to contiune to grow. Right?

Not everything is sunshine and roses here, my roomates being the clouds and thistles. They give me even more of an excuse to take advantage of each day and go explore. I've been to the Florida mall with Amber and Saveena before work last week. It was the most mall experience I've ever had. It felt like a movie mall. I tried my first Shake Shack veggie burger. It was pretty good actually.

I think the Shake Shack burger is the best place to end my blog today. Thank you for listening to this rollercoaster entry and please stay posted for more celebrity sightings and roommate DRAMA!

Talk soon <3
