These past nine days have been very busy and fun while I got a taste of home with Mom and Dad visiting! Again I was disappointed they didn't smuggle Truffle with them in their backpacks but nonetheless I had fun being with them and getting to do all the Disney vacation things! I had five of those nine days off from work which can only mean one thing... My off days were spent back at the parks where I work... Ironic.

We started this vacay with a Hollywood Studios day where we rode all the best rides, powering through the long lines of Slinky Dog Dash and Rise of the Resistance (one of both Mom and my favourite rides!) This was an extra special day becuase it was Father's Day! To make my father happy we rode his favourite ride Tower of Terror. I feel no greater fear than I do on Tower of Terror. But I did it! Thank you for the applause. I think I deserve the worlds greatest daughter award for braving the Tower for Dad.

Epcot was ironically probably my favourite day in the parks. I visit and love Epcot the most. My MANY hours spent wandering around Epcot have paid off because I was able to show off my favourite food spots. First stop was gelato in the Italy pavilion where we treated ourselves to the most delicious gelato/ice cream i've tried on property. I've made it my personal goal to try all the flavours at this booth. Probably the easiest goal I've ever made myself, I've already almost had all of them! We then gracefully moved forward to such an underrated bakery in Morrocco and once again treated ourselves this time to pistachio baklava. Mom and I also rode the best ride in Disneyworld, Guardians of the Galaxy. Such an amazing ride I seriously never get bored of it. For dinner we had a very special Father's day meal inside the Myan Ruin of the Mexico pavilion. The setting is beautiful as it transport you to ancient Mexico at dusk. Mom and I finally got to try the avocado margarita. Better than i was expecting! It was smooth and blended with no ice. You couldn't taste the avocado but instead it provided a delicious creamy consistency.

Magic Kingdom was also very special. We got reservations for the restaurant Be our Guest. Set in the Beast's Castle we sat in the great hall and were treated to a three course meal. My favourite part obvisouly being dessert. A raspberry macaron, a rich decedent chocolate truffle and of course the GREY STUFF! Yes the dishes did not lie, it was delicous. The Beast himself even came for a visit to meet the guests dining in his castle. The windows even look like it's snowing outside and we got a view of Belle's rose. The best dinner I have had yet in Disneyworld. It was amazing!!

On my days that I worked we still made the most of the mornings by heading out of the Disney bubble and into the "real world". We spent a morning in the town Celebration where we walked through the cute town paths and had lunch at a quaint patio restaurant. Back on Disney property we went mini golfing before going to downtown Winter Garden where I bought flavoured balsamic vinegar I'm very much looking forward to dipping bread in.

A very fun week. It was so nice catching up on stories. The lines seemed to move with breeze while we chatted. Cole was very much missed but he returns in October for what I'm sure will be an epic visit. I was challening Cole and sticking up for the Oilers while two of my CANADIAN cast-members cheered for the Panthers. All because the coach used to be the coach of the Jets. I don't care who used to do what. If you're not cheering for the Canadian team I am very dissapointed. I pulled out all the knowldege of the Oilers I could, I guess I have been listening to a lifetime of the Oilers biggest fan living with me. Thank you Cole for making me seem like I had more hockey knowledge than even I knew I had. Even though the Oilers lost it was fun while it lasted, talking to guests who assume since I'm Canadian I know the Oilers personally.

All this fun this past week means that this week I am back to normal scheduling. I feel like I haven't worked a full five days in a row in so long, I really can't complain though when it's the bare minium 32 hours. Mainly all night shifts I still thinks it's pretty cool I get watch the fireworks show almost every night.

I also had my Tiana's Bayou Adventure preview what feels like a lifetime ago. I really enjoyed the ride. Of course I prefer Splash Mountain and the memories of that ride being my favourite growing up. I still I enjoyed the new theming. The ride offically opens TODAY so it'll be intresting to see how the general public supports it.

It's always sad saying bye but we will all be reunited soon <3

See ya real soon !! <3

Speechless. Utterly majestic.

What better way to spend Father's Day than on SlinkyDog Dash??

Look at those perfect parents in Epcot during sunset.

Remy's going in for a sip of the avacado margarita. I don't blame him!

Moments before an epic hole in one! I swear...

The Beast's beautiful grand hall for our dinner setting. Not too shabby.

Dad before eating.

Chip rewarding us with a delicous dessert trio. SO GOOD!!

We had lots of fun, even though it’s such sweaty weather! We are looking forward to coming again in October
